About Iris
Iris is a Performance designer from France who recently graduated from an Ma in Scenography at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. She grew up in the South of France and is now living between Dublin and London. With a technical background in lighting that she acquired from her Bachelor in Stage management and Technical Theatre at The Lir Academy in Dublin, she pursued her passion for lighting and set design.
While in London she developed her skills as a creative and collaborator so she could flex her experience as a designer to a range of productions. She enjoyed the range of devised work as much as more classical proscenium arch work. Her interests revolve sensoriality and connections through different mediums. She likes working in collaborations with different creatives on all her projects. She experiments with different ways of building sustainable design and organic materials. Her latest work includes Paler, Still at The Boys School in Dublin directed by Eftichia Spyridaki, and a Hundred Words for Snow at the OSO Art Center in London directed by Lydia Sax. |
